This page exists so you don't have to take "we don't log" on faith. It lists exactly where our servers physically sit, who operates them, what we'd actually be able to hand over if legally compelled, and a warrant canary we commit to keeping current.
Every VPN server is a machine we rent from a third-party datacenter provider (not owned/co-located hardware) — the same operational reality as almost every consumer VPN. That provider can access the physical machine; our own logging policy (see below and our Privacy Policy) determines what's actually on it worth accessing.

This list changes as we add or retire capacity — it reflects the fleet as of the "last updated" date above, not a permanent guarantee that any specific location stays online indefinitely.
UrMomsVPN is currently run as an independent, pre-incorporation project — there is not yet a formally registered company entity behind it. We're saying that plainly here instead of pretending otherwise: until incorporation is finalized, there is no specific home-country jurisdiction (a "5/9/14 Eyes" answer, for instance) we can point to for the operating entity itself, only for the servers listed above and whichever laws govern each datacenter's country. We'll update this section the moment that changes, with the actual entity name and jurisdiction.
Per our Privacy Policy, we don't log traffic content, DNS queries, or browsing history — so even under a valid legal order, there is no browsing history to disclose. What we do retain, and could be compelled to produce for a specific account under valid legal process from a competent authority, is limited to:

As of 2026-07-27, UrMomsVPN has:
✅ Never received a National Security Letter.
✅ Never received a FISA court order of any kind.
✅ Never been required to install any form of network monitoring, backdoor, or traffic-inspection equipment on our infrastructure.
✅ Never turned over user traffic content or browsing history to any government or law enforcement body, anywhere.
This statement is republished on this page periodically. If it disappears, is not updated for an extended period, or is replaced without the four checkmarks above, treat that as a signal something changed — the same convention other privacy-focused services use, since we can be compelled to hand over data silently but can't be compelled to lie in a statement we choose to keep publishing.
We don't currently have a completed third-party no-logs audit to link here. That's a real gap, not a hidden one — until one exists, this page and our Privacy Policy are our word, not an auditor's. We'd rather say that directly than let the absence go unmentioned.
This page describes our infrastructure and policy as they actually stand today, not a marketing claim reviewed by outside counsel. It will be kept up to date as our legal structure, server fleet, and audit status change.
